Where We Ship From

All orders are shipped from Auckland, New Zealand.

Shipping Costs

Delivery Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout. For oversized items, additional charges may apply depending on your location.

Delivery Times and Costs:

Standard Orders: $7 delivery charge, with a delivery time of 3-5 business days.

Rural Deliveries: $10 delivery charge for rural postcodes, with delivery in 3-8 business days.

Large or Oversize Bulk Orders: $75 delivery charge, with delivery in 3-7 business days for non-rural postcodes and 10-15 business days for rural postcodes.

Excludes delivery to the outer islands (Chatham Islands, Stewart Island, Kauwau Island, Waiheke Island, Matakana Island, Great Barrier Island, and d’Urville Island), which may incur additional costs.

The expected delivery date will be displayed during checkout after you submit your address.

Shipping to Business Addresses

For deliveries to business addresses, please ensure the address is accurate and includes any specific details such as business name, floor number, or suite number. Shipping times and costs are the same as residential deliveries unless otherwise specified.

Please note that for business addresses, we may request a signature upon delivery, depending on the delivery service selected.

International Shipping

We can ship internationally. If you require delivery to countries outside New Zealand and Australia, please reach out to us for a custom shipping quote before proceeding with payment. Our Australian store will be available soon for your convenience.

Delivery Partners

We use a variety of trusted delivery partners to ensure timely shipping. All deliveries are made to valid New Zealand addresses only.

Signature Requirement

Standard deliveries are sent without requiring a signature. If you would like a signature upon delivery, please add specification on the comment area and add ‘Signature Required’ option during checkout at no extra cost.

Track My Order

How Do I Track My Delivery?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

If you signed in during checkout, you can also track your order by logging into your My Account section, selecting the ‘Order’ heading, and clicking on your order to view the tracking link.

Why Does My Tracking Say Delivered?If the tracking status shows “delivered,” it means our delivery partner has confirmed successful delivery. If you believe this is incorrect, please contact us at inkprosupply@gmail.com, and we will assist you further.
